Check-in was simple. The staff gave detailed directions to attractions I wanted to visit. The room had comfortable beds and the breakfast was very well stocked. I especially liked that they brought the omelet order to you while you got the other food.

The room was not very clean. There was no shower gel the first day, and I had to ask for it.

the front desk people were very nice. the room was a decent size as i had expected. the bathroom also had a bathtub.

the refrigerator in my room did not work. i told the staff, and they only apologized. the location seemed restless at night, so i found it hard to feel safe while walking alone.

Nice visit, a fine hotel!

I found the breakfast service superb, a wide array of choices were available each morning. The proximity to the central station made getting around town quite easy. The staff provides assistance at all times, addressing every question with great courtesy. I felt valued and cared for , and I extend my gratitude to all members of the team.

I was awoken earlier than expected and my sleep was disrupted.

the breakfast had many options and tasted very good. the staff were friendly and quick to help me when i needed directions. my room was quite large and had a little fridge, that was very convenient.

This made getting to the entrance a little difficult. i noticed a lot of black mold under the toilet rim. It was not pleasant. the pillows were also very flat, like airplane pillows, but larger, though.
